Improving image quality (Panasonic G80)

I currently use a Panasonic G80. I like the camera despite it sometimes appearing to have a mind of its own. Sometimes, when I look at other people's pictures taken with M43, I see better image quality than I am achieving. I shoot in RAW and process through Adobe ACR and Photoshop (and am fairly experienced in using cameras), so I figure that I need better glass.

This is a link to some of my pictures on Flickr taken with the G80. Most are taken with the Panasonic 12-32 or Panasonic 45-175 lenses. My question is, how much better image quality could I expect from better glass, eg primes, or a Pro zoom?

Or am I doing something wrong?
